Also what is your opinion on Portugal vs Holland. Who will win this game and by how many score?

That's not easy to answer, but I will try and throw in my twopence of football opinion.
England should be the better team and is certainly much more experienced than Ecuador. However, the Ecuadorians are strong chaps and have a lot of energy. They also suffer so far no player injuries and have surprised observers in their previous matches.
So, on paper England should win. But Ecuador could present the Beckham Boys with a surprise. I expect a win for England, with a goal difference of not more than two.
Holland v Portugal will be a very interesting match, since it sets two different styles of European football against each other. The Portuguese are clearly the better team and the better tacticians, but the Dutch are strong fighters with a lot of stamina. Overall, I would expect Portugal to win with a goal difference of one.

I love Portugal but Netherlands will win

England is going 2 win 2-1, Portugal and Holland match is uncertain. Possibly Portugal is going 2 win by a goal at ET.

As an Englishman I hope that England will win, I do however have my reservations as to if they are good enough.
Their last three games were only average/if not poor.
They do not seem to play well in the second half at all, having said that I predict a score of 1/1 at full time the game to be resolved by penalties, that means that England will lose.

oh England shall win by some phemoninal amount! Well, probably not but hopefully they will win. Ecuador have been playing pretty well though and England, we they haven't really. Hopefully they were just taking it a bit easy and will come out tonight and win for all their loyal fans and for poor Michael Owen.
I am thinking that Holland will win the Portugal Holland match but i don't know why. It's just a feeling i have.

My guess is 2-0 England over Ecuador.
Overtime & penalty kicks to settle for the match between Holland & Portugal, but the Dutch shall walk away as victors.

I can't believe I'm answering a question about Football!!!.... I can't stand the game!
However, England (by popular opinion) may have the stronger side, especially with the revised team formation!..... Advantage England!
The weather suggests temps in Germany may shoot up to lower 30C's, and this may give an advantage to Ecuador as they are used to the high temps!
I DO hope England win, but hope even more that it isn't just an excuse for mindless violence that seems to mar the game!
England 2 - Ecuadore 1 ....... My (unknowledgeable) opinion!

I think England will win but i dont think they'll do it in style, Ecuador are a good side and will put up a fight, i think england will win 2-1, i would like to see holland win as they have been a really good team to watch, i think they'll win 2-1 aftert extra time
