your torque converter is going bad. You can try adding an additive but it will only help for a little while. It will eventually need replaced. Hope I have been helpful.

are you shifting into gear too quickly? sometimes this will cause the tranny to slip, if not, just get the gears checked inside the tranny, it may be too lubricated, or maybe you may need to check your engine instead

The bands may be loose or the valve body may screwed.

try changing the oil filter in your trany.Sometimes they get clog up.
