I^ve been having cramps all day today, and i'm scared they'll get worse at camp. sometimes my cramps are so bad, i throw up!!! and im also worried about changing pads and stuff like that with out everybody knowing. this is the first time ive gone to this camp so i dont know much about it, please help!!

yeah ,take aspirin like painkillers,like PANADOL its very mild and it helps. Also,please consume a bowl of cornflakes cereal every morning of yr menses/pre menses ,research has proved that corn based cereals actually help you to eliminate /minimise pre menstrual syndrome,PMS!Carry yr sanitary napkins withyou, armed with ALL this arsenal ,you dont have to worry about these monthly blues!
concentrate on yr camping trip and have a BLAST! Dont let this keep you from those bonfire muses!
keep yr head up and shine through the days,you will be a champ this way!!!!!!!!

Take a pain killer. Don't worry about changing pads. I bet allot of girls will have their period and fell the same way.

Take ibuprofen (like 600mg), and try cups instead of pads. My gyn told me that ibuprofen is the only medication out there specifically for that kind of pain. You can try Midol and such, but I swear by good ol' ibuprofen.

You can buy them at places like target.

use pain killers and those over the counter heat pads.the make some especialy for menstral cramps.they are placed inside your underware directly on the abdomen.

For the rest you are a women and you and other people should understand what it means!

there are pills on the market for it, some people take tylenol and advil.
