X3 Last stand and I thought so. I'm a big XMen fan and I knew there were going to be mistakes so I just blocked out the truth of the characters and enjoyed it for the entertainment.

The last film that I watched in the cinema was the remake of 'The Omen'. It's okay, I suppose, but not a patch on the original. Also, it's meant to be set in London but several times in the film you can clearly see shop and road signs in Czech. The constant thunderstorm that rumbles through almost the whole film is laughable. And as for the use of red (clothes, umberellas, even a watering can) as a signifyer every time someone is about to die... Shocking.
Get the 1976 version on DVD.

I've watched three films in the last three days:-

Fantastic Four - great special effects and quite funny. Good telling of the comic book story too.

Chicken Little - superb animation and some great gags

Whistle Down The Wind - an old b&w movie from the early 60's in which some small children living on a farm discover a criminal on the run hiding out in their barn and believe him to be Jesus Christ. Very nice, innocent family film.

Walk The Line starring Joaquin Phoenix and Reece Witherspoon (have you ever realised how Joaquin Phoenix looks like Mel Gibson). It's a Biopic of the Country singers Johnny Cash and june Carter (Later June Carter Cash). It's woth watching for the music alone, all sung by the actors themselves.

The remake of The Omen. I watched it in the Cinema with a friend and it was a lot better than we thought it would be. I won't tell you which bits - but there are some really good scares in it that have almost the whole cinema jumping and crying out!

I'd definitely recommend you go see that in the cinema before it finishes. (If you are 15 or over, and like horror movies, that is!) XD

Down in the Valley. Definitely worth seeing. but then most films with ed norton are - he seems to have talent for disturbed characters! - you could see something bad was going to happen almost from the moment he appeared.

before that was da vinci code. if you haven't seen it i'd probably avoid it. i liked the book and it looked very pretty but i just kept wanting to laugh, and the other films the actors have been in...! - apologies if you liked it!

I last saw The Omen (2006 version) last week in cinema and it was definitely worth it! I went with my sister and some bits in the movie, scared the sh!t out of me, i recommend you to watch it. The critics say it ain't good as the one made in 1970's but its just as good.
Go and see it if you don't like it I'll give your money back lol ;o)

I just watched 'Cassanova' a few hours ago. It was pretty good; the acting was good and the characters were likable enough so I'd say that it's easily worth watching.
