No more of a problem than if they played soccer, tennis, swimming, volleyball, softball, baseball, track & field, bicycling, yoga, alpine skiing, horseback riding...see where I'm going with this?
Grasping at straws - the only way this could even be a rational assumption is if she played *so* much football that she lost an exessive amount of weight, henceforth inducing amenorrhea, as sometimes occurs as a result of strenuous exercise and/or becoming underweight. That is the only uterine problem one could even loosely correlate.
Unless, of course, she gets tackled by an entire team and somehow they lacerate her uterus...!!!
