Never, just like their DNA, and the shape and structure of their eyes, their finger prints will not be the same, some time there are born identical twins to parent that look alike 99.9% but the only thing that make them different is that .1% and their DNA and finger prints, it is just a divine way of God creating his creatures,

Absolutely not - even identical twins have different fingerprints - the pattern on your fingerprints is not determined by DNA, it is subject to variation and so identical twins will not have more similar fingerprints than unrelated people.

If they are identical twins or triplets, then yes their fingerprints and DNA will be exactly the same. Non-identical, of course they will be different.

Sorry to disagree but in the case of Identical twins, yes they are identical down to the last strand of DNA. They originate from the same fertilised egg, so why wouldnt they?
Not all twins and triplets are identical though so in most cases they will differ.
