No, and one more thing not mentioned...you can introduce very nasty germs into your body doing that. That is a sign of anorexia nervosa and people have died from that. Eat healthy foods and get some exercise to stay thin and healthy. If you do stick your finger down your throat to stay thin, you may get thin but then everyone will be looking at your rotten teeth!

trust me, that is not the way to get beautiful. i would assume youre intelligent enough not to even ask such an inane question and are obviously fishing for satire. unless you arent concerned with having a gross, damaged looking set of teeth and a throat that feels like someone stuffed a greased pineapple down it then i would think you could figure out an easier solution rather than shooting out your stomach twice a day.

It is not healthy for dietary purposes; no. But in cases of ingested poisons you should never use your finger, mixtures of mustard seeds and water, salted water or extremly diluted hydrogen peroxide (extremly as it can burn and permenately damage you) are much easier especially with pets and small children.

Actually.. no although its a qucik way to make your self to loose weight, since essentaill nutrients may not be recieved by the body. which could result in having wound which would not heal and hedaches. fainting and etc..

No it is definately NOT healthy to do this. You esophagus can be permanently damaged, in addition to the harm constant throwing up can cause you internally.
