No. whether one likes it or not, China will be the next major world power. Trade and Peace with China is a solid long term peace plan, one that Kissinger saw long before most American politicians.

Yes,indeed he is ! The treaty of Paris ,he sent South-Vietnam to the North, he should have the highest Honor from the Now Vietnam. The secret mission to China, he opened the whole U.S.market to China,China should offer him to live in Beijing forever.
