Yes. I can. I have a gmail account and its superb. It groups answers from a particular source; and is working out fine. But for opening an account you need somebody with an existing g mail account to send you an invitation

i live outside US but just yesterday went to gmail.com and clicked on signup with mobile phone answered the questions and got message back with the code needed and signed up for an account. Took maybe a minute or three. They even had the international numbers preprogrammed for dialing so I just needed my number. Good luck

if you have a cell phone go ot gmail.com and click on the link that says sign up for gmail using your mobile phone, or get a friend to do it for you.
