i'm still having trouble with this fish. is it "syklids"? "siklids"?

Like Sick-Lids
I work at a pet store with fish experts all day. You do not pronounce it at Chick Lids. There is no H like many people pronouce it.

actually it is "sicklids" and I have about 40 of them
