I recently had my nose pierced a couple of weeks ago and my nose did not accept the piercing and it got infected. I actually had to get it removed yesterday. I have this weird bump on my nose right now. I regret doing it, but it did look cute till it got infected.
It really does not hurt that much to do at all. You can get it done in any tattoo parlor. They use a needle, and I think that is supposed to be better for the healing process. I hear the gun is bad and is actually more painful.

I've had my nose pierced for about a week and a half now. It's really cute. It hurt a little bit when the pierced it, about as much as plucking your eyebrows. So far, mine has not got infected. I'm cleaning it with salt water. Do not use rubbing alcohol to clean it with. I thought it would hurt when I sneezed, but I sneezed (and blew my nose) like the next day and it didn't hurt at all. Very awesome! Enjoy!

Since i don't live around your area, i can't answer your last question but it doesn't hurt to get your nose pierced. it's just the same burning sensation as you'd feel when you get your ear pierced. if you take good care of your nose and use antiseptic to disinfect the pierced area on a daily basis, the chance of infection is zero. just find a reliable practitioner who sterilizes his/her equipment and follow the instructions given. good luck!

I have had my nose pierced three time. No it does not hurt.

Yes, and Yes (I was in India when I got mine pierced.) I think a little diamond is very sexy. When mine fell out, I let it close up. Hope that this works for you.

leave your nose alone. it's for blowing snot out of... not wearing jewelry. pierce your ears if you just gotta pierce something.
