I would like to order some thing which will be delivered at some other address (not mine).So is it possible to pay over phone?

Definitely Not. This practice is not allowed in India. For the matter of fact, one should never disclose his/her CC details to any human irrespective of any country the payment is going. This mistake can result in a kool losses of the highest limit of your card.

Ohhhh. I think that it might be risky. Do you know this company to be honest? Has the company been in business for a while? Do they have a website? Do they have a business rating with the local chamber of commerce, or the equivalent? I wouldn't give my CC to anybody over the phone...

As far as I know you cant but you can do it over the net and by a mail order form.

over the internet yes....but still the security thing is either not that developed or the brainy IT guys develop softwares and i guess its not safe
