how to delete and rename the folder created in the mail account?

If you are dealing with Yahoo mail or Yahoo beta mail---simply place your cursor over the file in question and right click it--an option box will appear (in Windows) with the options that you have listed---rename is fairly cut and dry ---delete --you should remember to clear the folder of anything you want to keep be moving it to another folder because if you delete the folder with contents aboard--bye bye contents as well----hope this helps

if you are using Yahoo! Mail Beta version just make a right click over the folder and a pop up menu will appear with the options delete or rename.
if the beta version is not still activated for you, click the link "Edit Folders" placed at the top of all your list of folders.
Only empty folder can be deleted.

click on the arrow with mail and then click on folder option. there is a option to rename folder .click on it and rename your folder.
