Yes, you're good. It's even better that your favorite position is on the left, that is the best position for the baby. It's always good to have slow deliberate movements during pregnancy, even when doing something as "simple" (in pre-preganncy life) as rolling over in your sleep. So many parts of your body are out of whack right now...moving too fast may cause injury to you!
The breathing problem is from the baby pushing up on your diaphram...not much you can do there, once the baby drops a bit you might feel some releif. Take care of yourself!

Yeah, this is normal. I believe not being able to sleep while pregnant just gets you used to getting up in the middle of the night with the baby. :)
Try sleeping on your couch, half sitting up. That's what I did. I had the same problem but also had carpal tunnel so my hands and arms would go numb and tingle at night. It hurt so bad! Anyway, give that a try. You need your sleep! If nothing works, talk to your dr about getting something to help you sleep.
GOOD LUCK!

as with each the solutions, it really is favourite to no longer sense pregnant and yea u can evaluate your self fortunate, yet im optimistic you want to sense pregnant properly? 9 weeks continues to be early and alot of cases women dont even understand they're pregnant untill they're 12 weeks, 12 weeks is at the same time as alot of indications come and being pregnant alterations through the day u would sense effective at present yet the following day be spending the morning on the rest room. in case your getting alot of sleep and the mind-blowing supplements that's yet an additional reason u would sense effective. being pregnant is diverse for anybody so all the thoughts an indications you listen are not any more generic for anybody. yet through 12 weeks you'll deffinatly sense it. good success

I became very breathless during pregnancy as the baby
got bigger and it did keep me awake at times.
I used to use one pillow between my knees and the other
I would hold at chest level as I lay on my best side (this seemed to help me a lot)
You can now buy the extra long body hugger pillow which is
shaped to your contours and is money well spent during
these times.

How many months are you? I heard if you sleep on your side, it's the best position. Have a big pillow to hug during your sleep.

Yes it is best to sleep on your left side. This way the baby is not laying on your inferior vena cava and your circulation is not hindered. This may be why you have trouble breathing in other positions.
