Hi, I use AVG Free Home Edition. To me it's the best because
1) It's totally free where many softwares are shoppeable.
2) The system resource taken by AVG is much less than other anti-virus. When you install the Norton it takes the much specified system resource.
3) The updates are really nice though the program is free and small.
4) I cleaned my system with Norton and McAfee. But AVG removed many viruses and torjans that weren't cleaned by Norton.

Hope I answered the question ;)

you've gotto categorize for what the anti-virus is used for.

considering a home pc theres a list of anti-virus software that are good. but i find AVG the best and also Bullguard since they are free and also performs better.

for the corporate sector i think nothing matches Norton's Antivirus plus they have a wide range to suit ure needs. needless to say there may be many who disagree wit me but remember evry1 knew of Norton it was very well know and still is

Norton has always been good for me. I buy it because it has some good utilities with it and it works fine as an antivirus.

I recommend Kaspersky; low resources consumption, very good detection rate and easy to use.
