Firstly it sounds as though you are wearing the wrong size bra so there is not enough or no support. The best way to tell is by the back strap, if it is too high up your back then yes you are.

Secondly it could be the wrong cup size too forcing everything to the front of your chest instead of spreading out the weight evenly causes you to be slightly bent to carry the weight there. If your bra gives the appearance of '4 boobs' under a top is definitely the wrong size, if it lose and slightly saggy that can be a problem too they need to be controlled!

A combination of all of the above causes back pain.

I suggest you get yourself measured by a pro it should be a free service and they can advise you on the best bra's for your shape too.

How to measure yourself:

measure your chest around the back of you and UNDER your breasts (note eg, 33-34 inches). Then you measure the fullest part of your bust around the back (note eg, 38-39 inches). The size difference is 5 inches this means your bra size is a 34DD

Under wired bra's offer the best support and the wires should be tight around your bust but not to the point where it is painful to wear it, you should be able to be so comfortable you don't know it is there!

When boobs become too heavy u tend to bend over. this causes uneasy tension on the backbone because the whole weight of your boobs is concentrated on a small area of the bra increasing pressure.

If the bra is too tight, or the boobs really big, or a combination of the two, it can cause stress and pressure on the backbones.
