That's a very broad question. There are some things to consider before being a good dancer.
1 st do you like dancing? (including the disciplines, hard work and pains)
2 nd are you willing to do all of these?
3 rd do you like challenges? (if your teacher pushes you to your limit)
4 is your health in good condition? (you don't have any chronic illness that may cause hindrance to your dream)
5 are you enrolled in a dance school? (how can you learn how to dance if your not enrolled)
6 do you have a place where you can practice by yourself?

If your answers are all yes, then you can be a good dancer. No pain no gain.
Hope i helped you.

You can become a good dancer if you have the right body, head and possibility to study in a professional school.
If you don't have these 3 things is difficult, almost impossible. Anyway dance is a wonderful thing, so it doesn't matter if you are good or not: enjoy dance and dance for yourself, not for the others.
