i heard during hurricane katrina,president bush decline to save the african americans to bring them to shelter.is this true?

no. when the Governor proposed to call for evacuation the casinos threatened to sue the state. it was greed driven not race. Busch is the last one in the chain. ahead of him are the mayor then Governor . neither one of them ever got any of the blame. why is that?

that is not true.
the local goverment out there was a big part of the problem.
the mayor told the govenor not too bother him it was his dinner time when she was tring to do things too help them that was 3 day before it hit them so I say it was a lot of them local gov. that did to much to late.
