oh my god. did he just say that? yikes!
Romania is a very beautiful contry in europe. its next to the Black Sea. it gets really hot during the summer and very cold in the winter. its a great place to visit and relax. i was born there. left when i was 6yrs old. my husband grew up in Deva and Bucuresti. we plan in the near future to move back.
yes its really hard for locals to get jobs. but a lot of them go to italy or spain to make money and then they come back after couple months.
a lot of romanians who once lived in romania but now live in america say they would never ever move back. well my husband and i are not like the rest of them. we see something special in Romania and we want to move there. God has a plan for us there and we cant wait to move back in a couple of years. but people who have moved to the USA are almost forgetting where they came from. they speak of Romania like its some dead contry with ugly people and dirty streets. well its not dead and the poeple are among the most beautiful people in europe. yes the streets are some what dirty and there are a lot of orphens and homeless people. but that is what happens when not so many people help out Romania.
i think those who have moved out of romania to the USA should give a helping hand to Romania. It needs help to get back on its feet. and i hope everyone can do something special to help.
Romania is my pride and i will never forget where I came from.

Romania is one of the southeastern European countries. It is situated in the Balkan region. It's neighbours are Moldova, Ukraine, Hungary, Serbia and Bulgaria. Capital of Romania is Bucurest. The Carpats mountain range make Romania' s landscapes much prettier. One of the most popular regions of Romania is Transilvania, place where " Dracula had lived"... Delta of the Danube, where it enters the Black Sea, is in Romania. Romania is going to enter European Union in a few years time. Romania sends nice songs for the Eurovision song contest (I especially liked Let me try 2005)... That's all i know... It is nice and peaceful contry...

I know everything about a " country named Romania".It's mine and is the most beautiful country all over the world.We have here a great history, a great culture and a wonderful nature.As for the Romanian people there are some NAMES: George Emil Palade (Nobel Price), George Enescu (a great composer),Constantin Brancusi (a great sculpturer-his masterpieces are in Georges Pompidou center in Paris) and so on and so on.Better read something about us and then we can talk.

yes, Roamnia is one of the best countries in world an deurope, long tradition, great history, density and dramatism of the kind u cannot imagine in US...

*One of the most famous castles there is the castle Peles
*One of the kings,Vlad Tepes, was nick named Dracula because he would stick prisoners on very pointy and long spears.(that was a very long and painful death)

they are poor and most of them now work in the uk on building sites for low wages .
my friend bedri comes from there and he is a nice guy ,
