You really shouldn't want to bypass it! The knock sensor is there to retard the spark advance of the engine computer, in the event of spark knock. A slight amount of occasional spark knock is OK, but continued spark knock can cause serious engine damage. The manufacturers use aggressive spark curves in the engine computer to get more power, fuel mileage, and lower emissions. The knock sensor is a safety device to protect the engine in the event of poor fuel quality, carbon build-up, EGR failure, etc.. JMHO

because of the fact it rather is between shifts it rather is a rod knock because of the fact the load is off the engine at that factor and the RPM continues to be intense. it is not likely an oil pump concern because of the fact the oil pump turns each and all the time.

No and if you can't afford to get a new one go to a salvage yard and get one from there.
