You will see a yellow bar ( in internet explorer) where it says a pop up has been blocked

Click that and click Allow popups from this site.

Now reclick the link.

On Facebook, click on that bully's profile and click on the "Report/block this person". Select "fake profile" on the reasons and fill it out as best you can. Users aren't suppose to use your photos or pretend to be other people, so that bully's already violated Facebook's rules with that. That should cover the abuse on Facebook. I'm sorry to hear that you guys are going through that and I hope that things will get better.

Do you have a yellow bar come up on the top of the screen under the menu bit? If yes click on it and select "temporary allow pop ups from this site"

Turn off your pop-up blocker. I don't use one as it was more trouble than it was worth.
