I guess we're all going to have some sort of bias when answering a question like this. :)
Personally, I would say China has not only a very impressive culture and history, but one that has played a large part in how to world works today. The Chinese inventions which we take for granted today include the unbrella, paper, fireworks, the wheelbarrow etc.
The Chinese written system itself is a very unique one - the fact that it is pictographic instead of consisting of an alphabet.
Secondly, Chinese clothing were the ones that influenced Korean, Japanese and Vietnamese traditional costumes to name a few. Civilisations such as the Korean and Japanese emulated the Chinese because they recognised it as being worthy of learning from.
Chinese mythology and philosophy is extremely diverse, unique and covers everything. For example, the concept of Yin and Yang is the basis of kung fu and life in general. The Chinese dragon and lion dances we see on the streets during Chinese New Year have a history of many thousands of years...this is really a culture which has survived for a VERY long time, since Ancient times...and it remains strong.

Yes several mostly Native American Indian always have been. BQ: Sioux or Cherokee maybe Navajo Really I would not care just so it is not Goshute or Pawnee the Pawnee are mean and the Goshute eat bugs and are very lazy

i will support my home country China (although im a HK person), but in reality it is near impossible to say whos best?
china got a great history and lots of good things, even amazing knowledge, but unfortunately not doing very well now in this aspect

China used to have a great culture, but then the Communists did their best to destroy it's influence. They have realized the importance of their past and are slowly becoming more permissive about their traditions.
