I definately not in a position to take charge, only in a position to give advice and suggestion suits me. I am an introvert, like most of the fellow introverts, I don't speak my mind in a group unless the subject is the very thing I know deeply.
I think deep before I speak, and when I speak I carefully word the things that I want to say. Time for myself is important to me, because I need time to recharge myself.
