There are many types of forms in many different places. Most governmental forms can be downloaded for free at the website of that governmental entity. Other forms can be found by using the major search engines. You might also start at website like www.findlaw.com.

Depends on what forms. The IRS and most other Federal governmnet agencies have all their forms available online; if you can find them.
On the smaller scale,
Your local country clerks office web sight if they have one.
Next stop would be your states Judicial websight, again if they have one.

well this site is a search engine for finding forms and if theres a $ in front it means there is a charge
but lots of them are free
