Generally speaking the human body knows what it needs. If your lady friend is sore and not up to it then you should wait. I have heard of endowed men ripping vaginal tissue in women and the tissue needing to heal. I have heard of men needing to rest after pushing to hard on nonwet vaginal tissue, and ripping penis skin. But if you are of normal size, she was wet and you didn`t jack rabbit her...id say you are good to go so to speak as soon as the two of you want.

That is not true at all. I have NEVER heard of that, and I have been in health care for years.
