Yes, England might win, after all they may have the referee on their side. You see, we have a classic on the way... Germany England, 1966-2006 -- We are already hearing the radio commentators in the know who said yesterday "John, can you already see parallels between our 1966 and 2006 ?!" -- Don't worry... England, the weakest team of 2006 will win against probably the most powerful team of this World Cup, Portugal. Start witnessing the BAD and always UNCONTESTABLE decisions, like the refusal by the referee to give Portugal deserved free-kicks againstt England if they are TOO CLOSE to the English goal but give ALL free-kicks real and invented against Portugal particularly the ones NEAR the Portuguese goal, to increase the chance of an England win. Watch out also for penalties being given for false fouls inside the box, PLAY ACTING FALLS and BANG! a penalty against Portugal. ENGLAND WILL WIN but nothing to do with skill... This nothing to do with Nostradamus guesswork... it is to do with PAST history of FIFA and their referees and POLITICS.
The only parallel between 1966 and 2006 is that Portugal was arguably the strongest team in the 1966 WC TOO.

Yep. This is the knock out stage now so whenever a team loses they will be out of the tournament.
Extra info: if at the end of the match it is a draw, the match will go to extra time (15 mins playing each way). IF at the end of that it is still a draw it will then go to penalties. Each team will take up to 5 penalties until there is a winner. So, for example, is england score 3 and Ecuador lose 3 then england win and go through. If it is still a dar at the end of the 5 penalties it will continue until one team win one and the lose one. e.g. on the 6th penalty, england score and then ecuador lose, england then go through and ecuador are out.
Lets hope it's a good game with none of this diving we keep on seeing in all the games at the moment.

YES....but they might win they have good chances, overall out of 32 teams16 teams reach the pre quarter games....out of 16 teams 8 reach the quarter final game and out of 8teams 4 reach the semi-final and finally two teams reach the final where one wins the worldcup. England will out if they loose..............after the group matches a team has no chances to lose, if the lose they get out of the worldcup.
