In ballroom dancing theater arts is a style which involves a dance which has been choreographed to a specific piece of music. The dancers do many lifts and drops (not literally...LOL). It is amazing to watch really good theater arts dancers. Some of the lifts/drops can be quite dangerous if not performed correctly.
