Sarnies are great! They are fab wuick and filling meal that you can eat on the move or at your desk while having to work through your lunch. And they can be as simple or complicated as you want so what is there is not to like about a sandwich? And, don't know if people know this, but the sandwich was invented by the Lord Sandwich (or the Lord of Sandwich) while he was playing poker as he was hungry but did not want to leave the game in order to eat.

Poison, position? Sandwich is food for "aristos" in the 18th Century. A bourgeoise example of foodism. Lots of other things have been done with bread, sandwiches are boring!
