I think there must be an absolute truth--if all things are relative, is that not an absolute truth, that all things are relative?
I believe there is an absolute truth, but I also believe that this truth is so huge, it's impossible for the human mind to comprehend. That's why we have all of these approximations of truth. There are so many opposing viewpoints that each have truths embedded in them. Might there not be some unifying truth that, if known, would reveal why two sides can oppose one another but both contain truth?
But in the meantime, there is also a certain amount of truth in saying that truth is relative.

People musing about whether truth is subjective are like young adolescents masturbating in a bathtub: its self-amusing, but it doesn't get you a date Saturday night. Claiming all truth is subjective bears little on reality - it doesn't change the objective truth that is out there - it just stains the water in in your bathtub and leaves you with very few options.
Go to New York. Go to the Empire State Building. Go jump off. Then tell me, on the way down, if you think the pavement on the street below has any objective truth to it.
Go stick your finger in an electrical outlet. Tell me if the shock running through your nervous system has any objective truth to it.
Physical laws PROVE the existence of objective truth. I don't care what you think about the gun a killer is pointing at you, it doesn't matter how you feel about that gun: when he shoots it, you will die.
There IS objective truth. But, just like a child can throw a ball and hit a barn, but can't hit a small box on the barn, so some truths are more difficult than others, and require more wisdom and dexterity to perceive and isolate. The dull headed, and the fearful, who have a hard time perceiving truth, feel more comfortable claiming there is no truth: it is much less threatening.
But, again ... go run in front of a tractor trailer truck on the highway, then tell me if that truck's bumper has any objective truth to it. There IS objective truth. Look for it ... you can find it everyday.

There must be some form of objective reality. It would be paradoxical for there not to be as the statement that "reality/truth is not absolute" would then become absolute. However because we as humans are forced to engage in a lot of self deception to remain sane. I doubt that we could ever know what the objective reality really is. Having said that science could just possibly achieve it eventually.

Each person's truth is different. Your own truth comes from inside you and it is never completely the same as somebody else's. The best way out is to always do what YOU feel is right. That is your personal truth.

It's easy to think that solid and inanimate objects are objectively real.
But human reality has a lot of very fuzzy realities that are not so certain. What is Freedom? Beauty? Personal Power? Patriotism? Human Equality and Empowerment of minorities? What is success?
Is it control of exernals, or is it managing your own life to get what keeps you happy?
The most important things to us, have an unreal quality. And people fight vociferously about these, out of fear that they don't know--or maybe out of fear that they are right?!

Unless there is objective truth, nothing can even be characterised as subjective truth.

there has to be some objective truth out there, the fact is that it is beyond the imagination and thinking of the humans.

No.
There is truth, but I would be a liar if I tried to tell you, or anyone else, that I know the truth.
