Depends on what "Indians" you are talking about. Asian Indians should just stay where they are. American Indians, a/k/a Native Americans, I rate them a 10, after all we've put them thru.

Rate them in what? When it comes to race, we are all equal. When it comes to opportunity and culture, we can be quite different.

I believe that if natives want to be treated equal..they should be...I've found where I live, that is what they want...yet...they want to be able to hunt whenever they want...they want more and more money from the government (meaning taxes, so that means out of my pocket) equal means just that..equal....why can't ppl see that?
