Well, A&F markets to a certain segment, I think 16-25 year olds or something. Their marketing campaign has worked brilliantly. (The mostly male models bring in all the girls and gay guys, who love to shop!) If anyone is bothered by their approach, there are plenty of other stores out there - places like Guess, GAP, Old Navy, etc, are pretty much the same type of clothing, but which are a bit more conservative (at least as far as showing skin goes) in their advertising. Also, if you're not in A&Fs demographic, there are other stores as well - like Jos A Banks, Johnston&Murphy (for men) and tons of other places for women.
As for their prices, it's just what the market will bear. If someone doesn't mind shelling out $60 for a tee-shirt, fine. Personally, I shop smarter. Old Navy, for example, seems more reasonable, especially when stuff is on sale. (I do most of my shopping online now anyway, which is MUCH cheaper and better....)

Why do u go to such stores then. U might be liking it then maybe? And its very disturbing. They don't have a better way of making money. I would rather starve than to do such things, YUCK

Because it just SELLS.It's silly,because its obvious that sex and hot bodies is what they promote but in modelling that's just the way it is...!!
