the software developer is no longer around....his funeral was two months ago......i cannot get the words to come up on my duel monitor screen....or on the tv hooked to an audio video RF Modulator.....any help would be appreciated.....he had a locked in site on my comp...that he could access through the net to down load updates..and reset any problems....if i can get it working....i can work too......ty

That looks like a serious problem, my advice :
- Try to find others who bought that system. Form a user group and try to help each other, or work together to find an expert who is able to help you.
- Do not allow any joker, you do not know or trust, to access your PC from the internet.
- Try to describe exactly what error messages (if any) you are getting or what exactly is not working. The first thing to find out is if this is a software or a hardware problem.
