I'm not certain from your question as to what board examination you are referring but I DO know that regardless of which board you failed to pass - you must reapply.
And then study, study, study some more and then study!
Have a friend or relative ask you questions over and over again.
And then, when you feel ready to retake the boards - BELIEVE IN YOURSELF.

FLASH CARDS!!! They work like a charm! Make up a bunch of those babies and carry them around with you everywhere and any time you have a nano second whip 'em out and study!
Oh yeah, take the exam again! If it's anything like the Vet Tech exam, people fail all the time and retake it! It's no big deal!

its normal to fail. alot of people does. not just in board exams but in almost all things. failure doesnt mean the end of the journey. as long as you are breathing and able, there is always a next time. this next time, try your hardest to be able to pass but dont be harsh on yourself if you wouldnt pass it again. if it is for you, it will be yours. goodluck. and study hard.

its not the end of the world
it does not mean that u shld lose hrt and sit but u shld try and prove otheres wrong u shld push urself harder and try to concentrate

dont think abt it
