I have absolutely no idea what to get an 18-year-old guy! He recently got a car so I wz thinkn somethn for that (someone already got him fluffy dice) and he has loads of choccy and drink so he doesn't really need that. I mean, what do you get the guy who has everything? Please help with sensible suggestions. Must be under £10

Pop into Halfords and get something for his car or get him a CD

You do not say if he is just a friend, whether you are interested in him or anything else! You also do not say what sort of car it is.
Give him a voucher offering to clean his car inside and out
Buy him a CD
Get him a Haynes Manual for his car (but it may be outside your price range, unless you try ebay)
Find out how much membership to the car club of the car he has is.
Take a picture of his car and frame it
See if you can get hold of an old copy of a motor magazine which has the first review of his car (try Autocar, What Car, Auto Express - I suggest you go into a newsagents and have a look at the titles, then contact them - there should be a telephone number - and ask them which issue had the review and if they sell back issues. )
An original car brochure (but no idea of the costs, sorry)
Hope you now have some ideas. Some will be free, others closer to your limit.

Get all your girlie mates (ideally in fancy dress ie cheerleader or bikinis) to all line up to kiss him and sit on his lap... Saw that once in a bowling alley, Me and mate were gob smacked thinking 'NO way) laughing and thinking you lucky fucker how you manage that.
All the girls were all over him... Think he didn't know what hit him.
Ideally join up with others say for a strippergram.
If in London, on a sunday go here www.thechurch.co.uk its a wild auusie bar, on a sunday in the FORUM in KENTISH TOWN LONDON and they often have males and female strippers that pull people out of the audience, put ice down boxers, put on a leash and make then crawl around the stage as the crowd sings, 'How much is that doggie in the window'.
All for laughs really... Stay by the right hand of the stage by the steps and have a word with the bouncer to try and get him picked.
Crowd is friendly but you will need ID.
or if on the first Sunday of the month in London (see TNT magazine) go to a bar in Fullam High road neat Parsons green I think it is ... 686 fullham high road I think or something like that... Its called the FEST/Octoberfest. Another wild party backpackers place.
First Sunday of the month is Jelly wrestling night (the crowd is about 50/50)... again for laughs... At the end they do a raffel and the winner guy end up in the pit with the girls or if its a birthday and you get in quick.
Take a camera with a waterproof camera bag incase of flying jelly.
Both of those are good for an 18th .
As said join forces with others if you can...And in all the above take a camera.
Church entry £5 and the FEST I think is £3.
Getting him in the Jelly pit or up on stage with a exotic dancer... (and photo/video proof) priceless and free... Maybe snog a bouncer or ask nice.
As said these are party bars not strip joints... think wet t shirt in Ibiza without the violence or yobs.

Under a £10 hmm ... what would a 21 year old man like me want for example?
1.A cheap birthday cake with 18 candals It can be done from any super market check it out, normally £9.99
or
2.A massive birthday card showing how much you like/ love him.
or finally
3. Depends on his interests- a book if he likes to read, a 2nd hand film/ dvd, yeah get him a dvd sounds good watch a movie together if you want!

How about something a bit more creative and special? Like, get photo's of him on recent nights out, cut them into a collage and frame them in a really nice frame. And write speech bubbles saying funny things. That would be a sweet idea and he would be touched, i'm sure.

Have a look on Ebay....you may be able to find something nice on there which would be more expensive if bought in the shops...at the end of the day, it is the thought that counts!

I think you should bring him a key-ring, of something he likes, just like a key-ring with a football or basket ball..Or may be a key-ring with star.. That what can be under the £10..
