The fact that you're sad about them is a good start. But the key is education of your mind. First though let me clear up one thing, there are no races, just one race, the human race. Just as there are many varieties in dog kind, so there are varieties in human kind.
It's cultures that there are many of. Cultures is what defines a personal identity not genetics. That's why you can meet a black american who is thouroughly north american in his thinking and is nothing like an African born native. Or a chinese looking person but who is just as western thinking as anyone else born in his western country. And if he where to try to go and live in China, he would probably hate being there.
Let's look at skin color for a moment. There is actually only one universal skin color. You see, the pigmentation cells in our skin are called Melanin. The varying shades of skin we see from different cultures is attributed to the density, arrangement, distribution of these cells throughout our skin. But they are all exactly the same color. It's kind of like when you color with a red crayon and in some parts of the picture you press lightly and other parts you press heavily. You end up with an appearance of pinks and reds in the same picture all from the same crayon.
Another interesting fact is that my genetic code strand has more varyation controling the difference between my nose and my fathers nose than it does controlling the difference between the shade of my so called "white" skin and the darkest of african skin. The genetic variation controling this difference is so minute that it is insignifican't scientifically speaking. Yet culturally we place so much significance to it.
Another interesting research study that was done in the field of genetic mapping was a study on female genes. A vast sampling of genetic strands was mapped from women of a great number of cultures from around the world. After paring all the codes down to remove all the minute genetic variation that would occure over time and culturally they came up with an astounding fact. The orogin of all the codes had the same begining. The conclusion that all the strands would have originated from one single genetic code strand.
HMMMM!? Makes you think doesn't it.

Child, you are a tool. You claim to think (repeatedly) and yet show no evidence of thought whatever.
You actually believe all this racialist garbage because you are ignorant. Blacks=real strong and dumb, whites=intelligent, asians=real intelligent. And you even count "arabs" as a RACE????
Pshaw! Piffle! Ptooie!
The entire concept of "race" is artificial, and leads to inbreeding. Check out the "royals" of any nation for confirmation that this is a real bad idea.
Proof that the "races" are irrelevant -- we can (and do) breed across "race" lines with no problems whatever.
"Racial characteristics" mean no more than the patterns of spots on lemmings.
Learn some facts (or at least surf the web for pages that DON'T include swastikas), feed your alleged brain, and then (and ONLY then) form opinions.

this is not 100% racism but it is partially is.to think that some race is superior over another in a way is kinda racist.but scientistsare searching into stuff like this because some people are thinking that the people with darker skin have a stronger tolerance to physical pain(torture)than people with lighter skin but that dosnt mean they have found some scientific proof to backup these thoughts.
why couldn't you love some arab or ******,is it because they are racist to you........by the way i'm a muslim and a *****..so....!
you sound to be a muslim from your your nickname..are you..?
by the way what is your race or in what country you are living..?

we are all racist even if we dont realize it, affirmative action is a form of racism the NAACP are racist even Bill Gates has a scholorship set up for minorities. all of these things support the advancement of non whites. Affirmative action makes it so there MUST be a certain amount of minority workers in a job market even if they are not the best choice for a job the NAACP is the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (which is a phrase I hate). these are not bad groups they do a lot of good work but they dont help everyone instead leanning toward certain races. racist yes evil no.

Different ethnic groups may "appear" different mainly because of the culture in which they are brought up, not because of their race. In Japan, succeeding in education and business is a matter of honor in their society. In other societies, education is not viewed in the same manner. In the same society, differences can be traced back to the family and the importance and support they provide towards succeeding. It's usually a matter of understanding the social differences rather than believing the difference is based on race.

Well, you seemed to be trying not to be a racist.... hence, the only way for you to get rid of these thoughts is by meeting more people and the best way is to discuss with someone open-minded or like yourself.
All races no matter who or what colour you are, there is always good people and bad people. The Yin and Yang of life as we know it.

So sorry for you. Try getting to know people. Embrace your differences learn from them. Working with children is a good way to get past your negative feelings. Children are not born racist it is something that is taught and learn through society and cultures. I had the pleasure to be acquainted with a couple of Saudis they were such characters telling jokes and laughing. Those guys made me see Muslims in a positive light.

Well, read. That is all I can say. Read. Everything from everywhere to get the whole story of a thing. I'm not some big bulging monkey of a guy but I like to exercise my brains. I'd suggest you do the same. Take a note from this...uh...***** he means well.

Try talk to different races and see what they are really like. Make a few friends from each race and you will see that the colour of their skin, or their blood won't make a difference to how a person acts. The only distinction is themselves.

You need to meet more people of each race.
For example, if you meet enough people, you may find dumb whites and Japanese, weak blacks, and pleasant arabs.
This should help you to stop generalizing about different races.
Your question is very intelligent and open-minded. You are willing to entertain the notion that you might be a racist. You have plenty of potential to open your mind about other races.
