No. They are black separatists . And that is their right.
Randy Weaver was a white separatist.

But he was described as white supremacist in order to make people feel good about the FBI shooting his WIFE, HIS SON, and HIS DOG.
But he was a separatist and could probably sit across table from Louis Farrakhan and they would be in agreement and smile at each other..
But Nation of Islam doesn't strike me as a particularly pious bunch of people.
They just don't want to be around white people.
And that is their prerogative.

No, I do not believe that. For all those who answered, would it be too much to ask to just answer the questions in a mature way. We are debating not quarreling.
Why is there so much hatred amongst people? Will this help resolve anything? Don't think so. I trust that we all have the same concern; the well being of all of us and to really know the truth. We need to know who is behind all of this so that we can put an end to it all not inflame the situation with our internal hatred.
I am a Muslim; a normal person who does not like all this fighting on either side. I know the teaching of my religion to know that it is against all that is happening and that true Muslims can never be a threat to America or anyone else.
I remember some while back some Christians blew up a building in the U.S. (forgive me for not citing details) Does that make Christians a threat to America? Of course not, because we simply cannot generalize.

Popular Islam is a threat similar to popular Christianity -- or, perhaps more clearly, the Nation of Islam (in America) is the same sort of threat as is Churchianity. Religiosity and the conflation of political will with theology makes for an explosive population.
By itself, this wouldn't be dangerous; however, the trend towards the invasiveness of the government, the move away from a judicial system and legal code based on English Common Law and towards a judicial system and legal code based on Roman Law, and other abuses by the State amount to the setting of a fuse and detonator assembly among the explosive mixture.
The real solution is to get our Constitutional (1999) government and laws back, and to replace the corrupt political actors that caused (or contributed to) the current mess.

Yes, Islam poses a threat to all the western world.They are people who live in the middle ages, they cut off hands, heads and various other parts of human anatomy.They believe in a totally different way of life, they do not want to integrate at all, just have a Islamic state in whatever country they unfortunately happen to arrive in .They want the west to change there laws to adopt them. They try to poison us blow us up; and if you visit there country's they want you to adopt there attire.I know you don't want a raciest answer but I hate them all.

Yeah now it does. After Bush pissed them all off. Bush has the diplomatic sense of a baboon. He pisses the entire world off. Then he'll leave office and move to Switzerland with his rich friends. Our children will have to pay for his stupidity and face the wrath of the Islam world.

mabye back in the 60's when they were fighting for black rights and all.but now i dont think so.in black communities many people looked to them or feared them.but now the nation of islam is a joke to blacks.
note:the nation of islam are not muslims.they are a black militant group who only want rights for blacks not humanity.
