Improvement depends completely upon the individual him/herself. Some become very good at their jobs and require very little supervision. Others require a lot of supervision and as a result will not improve with out continued contact from above. The other thing you need to consider, if you are using temps you need to remember that not all temps are the same, some are using the service to get work because the old saying that you can only get a job when you have a job is very true. There are a lot of people who look at temps and say loser, but the truth be known, maybe they want something different but getting into that field is easier said than done and you can get the experience that a lot of places crave by temping.

It depends a lot on the company and how much they value their people. Some companies consider people as their greatest resource, but others regard them as faceless interchangeable units. The first group allows for personal growth and quite often challenges employees to improve themselves in order to improve the overall working community. The second group has a tendency to force employees to upgrade themselves.

Of course it is possible!!!!! And yes primarily to improve the company in some fashion.... more efficient, making more product, making more money etc.

The point though is: Do they want to and what do they have to gain by doing so!? Typically to make more money themselves.... But also typically, corporate organizations are designed to suppress the workers while continuing to make money for themselves and key controlling figures in them.

I'm not sure what the question is. By improve do you mean personal behavior or company skill wise? Are you asking whether a person can become better (at something) even without company interaction?

improvemnet to me is personal. u can improve ini a jail cell if it is in u to improve. can they learn more aoubt their job and function at a higher level and move up, of course, but that is still internal. it must be in that individual to do that.look at all the people in big companys who started off with good intentions and moved up and have now become so nothing but thieves. wht scares me is when u look at most of these people in these big corporations sho are at the top most of them graduated from ivy league schools.

How is it possible for anyone to answer your question when only a mind reader would know what in the heck you're asking?! Are you speaking English or attempting to speak English via another language?
