Much as I'd like to listen to relaxing music as I go to sleep, I can't. I'm conscientious about using/wasting electricity and I tend to wake up again the moment I become aware that the cd I've been listening to is already over. Then I can't sleep anymore. Ugh!

But Chopin's or Satie's slow and soft piano music does it for me--that is if you're looking for suggestions.

If I listen to music when I'm sleeping I listen to the Hardcore channel on di.fm.

I love happy hardcore so much, I love it even more than rap. I even bought a premium membership to di.fm so I could listen to the Hardcore channel at a higher bitrate! lol

I don't listen to it but when it's hot and I have the window open I hear buses, trucks, and cars flying by because I live by a busy street. Doesn't help me sleep though at least Im not hot and sweaty.

My fan .. Since I often work nights, I sleep during the day. It helps drown out the maintenance workers outside with their annoying leaf blowers.

I sleep like a log, man! Sometimes in my dreams, I see myself in a concert or a live music joint listening to rock, blues or old school Rn'B, that's all!

It's summertime, so I listen to crickets and tree frogs when the windows are open.

I turn the fan on high hoping it makes enough noise to drown out my man's snoring!
