Besides the obvious (food, water, air, etc.) what keeps me going is awareness of what I want, how I'm feeling, and how to take care of myself. Love for my family, friends, career and hobbies are important.
But most importantly, love for myself keeps me going. Without self-love, I would not exist.

My pets, curiosity, thrill of the hunt for whatever I'm looking for, frogs, money to play with (a rare occasion), tomorrow, my camera & photo editing SW (novelty still hasn't worn off),oh this could go on and on.....
