It's all depends on what State you live in. In Michigan there is a Grandparent act. But once CPS steps in then the court is called. Before the kids be returned to the parents they would have to take curtain steps. Like, getting in a rehap for drugs, alcohol, and so on. Then a life scan. You can stop help or becoming a handicap to you kids and Call the cops and start a paper trail. Not doing any is putting a nail on your grandkid coffin. You are their Voice. Use it. That is your cross to bare

Your question is not clear enough to understand. Could you look at your question and prof-read it? Hopefully you will see that you need to re-write your question.
Some believe that the law works to protect the small children. If you would research, you would learn that the law cannot protect every child. Yes, In Michigan we have laws. The problem is that there are so many children who are abused and neglected that they cannot be kept from their parents.
There are not enough foster parents to keep all of the abused and neglected children nor are there enough funds to pay for the foster care. Research will tell you that in most states, if not all, the same problem exists. Children have died because of being returned to birth parents. If there is a way to legally adopt, do so. Keep in touch with social worker and if you can keep this child without government assistance, that will be a great asset for you.
