It may be safe, ask your doc. I think he or she would have told you if it weren't safe. At least I hope so! But the safety depends on the size, consistency, contents and condition of each individual mass, and only careful examination can determine these.

Are you sure it's a tumor, and not a cyst?

If it's a cyst, and your doc says it's safe, be aware that intercourse can suddenly cause severe pelvic pain if he "smacks" the cyst. It will go away in a little while, though.

I actually *fell out of bed,* screaming, when it happened to me! But we finished up later that same evening.
