i was just reading some questions and i came across this a few times. someone was married and then decided he was gay. someone was gay and then, since he wanted a family, he became straight.
it is perfectly possible for someone to be so brainwashed by the world at large that they don't allow themselves to realize they're gay until after the wedding, when they find what they'd been missing for years. it is also perfectly possible for a man who is gay to decide he wants to have kids and chose to go into a traditional heterosexual relationship to get them. it doesn't make him any less gay. i thought this was obvious. why can't people grasp it?

The right wing religious homophobes are merely confusing SEXUAL ORIENTATION and SEXUAL BEHAVIOUR. It is possible for a gay person to modify their sexual behaviour (i.e. choose to become celibate) but this doesn't alter sexual orientation.
From the perspective of a homosexual or heterosexual, a bisexual would appear to experience "changes" through their life. One minute, a bisexual may have a partner of the same sex, and then choose to have a different sex partner afterwards.
In reality, the bisexual is merely attracted to both genders, and their fantasies will vary over a period of time. If a bisexual tries to internalise homosexual/heterosexual beliefs of "one or the other", they will experience anxiety/confusion over their "changing orientation" - one minute, they are attracted to guys, then girls, and this changes from day to day or week to week.

Some people have no clue. Just like your eye color is predetermined so is your sexuality. It is not a choice, who in there right mind would pick to be ridiculed and ostracized by society. Some times people don't even know what they want for dinner but they will always know what they do not like. Because Sexuality is not as easy as Black and White most people eventually become true to themselves and start living as they truly are unfortunately too many realize where on the Gray spectrum they fall under way to late and in the process hurt their loved ones. I was fortunate to know and accept that I AM A HOMOSEXUAL
and that is my norm HOMO (MAN) sexual I
love my own sex.

why not you can change your mind. you might like some thing and than after a while you dont. just because you say or think some thing dosent mean thet its in stone for ever. things change. and yep we are brainwashed. all our lives wher told what to believe by other people. and when you feel or think different. you are wrong. and thay might know that ther gay before the wedding but want to avoid the gay bashing. then are so miserable that thay want out. homophobia

i don't think it's they are brainwashed, they just wish it would go away and don't deal with it, especially if they come from a very religious background. as for the ones that come out and then go back in they are brainwashed. have you ever seen the people who come out of those supposed gay treatment centers, 90% of the men grow beards to hide behind and they are all total closet cases.
i saw this recently on tv. a guy had been gay and he went into one of those centers and now he's cured. know what he does now?.....he's a priest. isn't that lovely?

More than 90% of gay people are absolutely not gay. They are perverts and gay sex is one way of engaging what is (for them) depraved behavior. Being depraved is the point of what they are doing and you can always tell who these people are because it is part of a larger pattern of other depraved behavior.
Actual gay people are just like everyone else, they just like members of the same sex. They are NORMAL. That's how you know who they are.
Normal gay guy - Has always been gay. No ambiguity. Tends to downplay it. Is very selective about his partner. Has very few partners over his lifetime. Forms life long relationship with one person very much like a marriage. You can't tell he is gay from looking at him or talking to him.
Pervert - One day wakes up and decides he is gay (often changes his mind back and forth repeatedly). Hundreds and hundreds of sexual contact....often anonymous or inappropriate (ie young asian boys, felons, drug addicts). Does drugs. Has a completely disorganized life. Acts like a freak. Shoves his homsexuality in your face. Cause lots of people lots of problems, related to homsexual behavior. Often has sex with women. AIDS is rampant in his social circles. Is often violent, steals and exhibits other anti-social behavior.

I don't think its right. If your gay your gay and that's cool but involving other people in your misunderstanding of yourself like kids, a wife or husband is selfish. All iam saying is if you don't know then take the time to understand your self before all that

the want of every human beings - VALIDATION.
human beings crave for validation, hence the need to get married and settle down according to the norms of society. and when they realise that they are happier living the gay life, it'll already be too late. they'd have already done enough damage to their respective spouses and children.
with the point above, it is clear, that th starting point are:
gay - "straight" -gay , so, those who got married were gay to begin with anyways. they might look fickle, but i think its better than suffering in a long term relationship.
bottom line, gayness is like our skin and not like our shirts...
maybe MJ can change his skin colour but not everyone can (as we have already seens, his lifestyle looks pretty queer to me!)

Homosexuality is a choice and no one can tell you otherwise and people dont like homosexuality because they are ignorants and mostly because it goes against logical things but its a choice if thats how you whant to live well thats your choice no one should be judged.

according to hindu philosophy v have both male & female energy in us , same as ying & yang , male energy represents more achieving tendencies & female energy represents caring & recognition type,male has normally dominant male energy , so to balance it he can do it through yoga,meditation,tai chi, zen gardening etc
females have dominantly more female energy which is more for security,so they have to learn to balance it by yoga, meditation, martial atrs(aiki jujutsu)etc
or both of them can do kundalini pranayama(ancient indian breathing excercise)
