What are your top cravings? She's indecisive and I need a good list of alternatives. I already tried feeding her gentleman's relish and she turned it down. I guess she doesn't fancy English food. Please help!

Give her whatever food she wants,it really will not matter because whatever it is will be wrong for one reason or another.Believe me,I've been going through it for 23yrs. with my wife,it can,will and does get worse.Always remember PMS is much better than CMS. C does stand for constant,enjoy it while you can.like I said it gets worse.You sound as if your English so I'll use one of my favorite English words on this part,are you pos. shes not RANDY.That also goes with it,just carefully read her signs.VERY CAREFULLY...Later and GOOD LUCK

EEWW, what is gentleman's relish? She's going to be craving carbs mostly - sugar, potato chips, etc. but try just giving her celery and carrot sticks, or other healthy options. You might just give her a small portion of the carbs since she may end up eating them anyway.

Anything with sugar. Chocolate is the best. But probably not the healthiest. Just take her to the supermarket and let her pick

dude when she sends you to the store for pads or tampons pick up chocolate too,and may be something salty. And the best cure for pms is to have sex and get in her as deep as you can,makes her get her period that day.Bleeding is better than pms.
