what is the best way to clean your vagina?
im asking because i don't want to leave any soap in there but i also don't want to not be cleaning it enough.
i'm not a little kid, i just want to make sure that i am being as hygenic as i can be.

I was always told not too douche too often because it kills not only bad bacteria but good bacteria that help keep you / your vagina healthy.
I use soap in the shower and just make sure to rinse well, and also three are so many products now... by Summer's Eve or Vagisil ..wipes or foams or sprays that you can use to help keep you clean and odor free without unnecessary douching. Also you can take acidophilus supplements or eat yogurt with active live cultures in it, to help with odor. Or you can always ask your doctor or GYN to recommend something.

heres a fun way to keep your motor clean,I used to go out with a girl who would soap me up and get me hard then put me inside her . The only thing is I couldnt ejaculate in her as that would defeat the purpose. try it youl like it!!!!

As The Doc. says, saline or one of the Commercially available douches that you can buy over the counter.

I understand that your vagina naturally cleans itself. But,if you douche, don't for God's sake, use soap!

Use a Douche or water..soap is ok but some can cause urinary tract infecttions
