1) Who is hacking your PW? How do you know he is hacking your PW? Do you really want to talk to some one who hacks your PW?
2) You likely have something on your side (spyware, virus, bot, etc) that is giving him access to this. You should try to find this, and at least turn on a firewall to block whatever port it's using to get this data out (of course, if it's smart it won't be detered by this, but heck it's worth a try).

Perhaps if they send you a file / attachment to open, or if they point you in the direction of a website. There could be a nasty script waiting for you at either place... or the PC could already be infected by some virus or trojan or key logger etc.
