a charming smile always takes my breath away. of course, the teeth must be nicely aligned and white too. =D
eyes is second on my list. i guess its like a window. its through his eyes that you can see how he really feels. sincere or not.
the skin...smooth and clean.. (unless he's got the looks of brad pitt i really wouldn't mind the beard!)
the nose, the ears, the eyebrows.. heck, the whole face counts!!! hehehe =)

I find the eyes to be the most attractive facial feature in a man.
They have to be able to express the range of human emotion. They have to be clear and look straight at me.

Probably eyes, since that is what I usually look at first (or is that generally just human nature to meet eyes first?). I usually then look at the smile or, alternatively, if he is not smiling, just the lips and general mouth area.

For me it is normally the whole face in general but nice eyes and smile always catch my eye!

It's ALL about a guy's eyes - especially if they have blue eyes. I'm a sucker for blue eyes. I get lost in them.
Smile is #2 on my list. I like a nice, genuine smile.
Give me blue eyes and genuine smile and I'm yours.

I look at their eyes, the color, the highlights, how they are shaped, how they are located, the length of the eyelashes. Do the eyes draw me in, or are they walled off? To me, the eyes are the portals to the soul.

eyes,smile,neck,nose.And this isn't a facial feature but I look at hair on there head preverts lol!

TEETH i notice if they have white teeth or nasty teeth , also i look for someone clean cut , its alright to to have a beard but not a bushy one...
