Instead of asking what is the 'ideal' weight, it should be asked what is a 'healthy' weight as Crystalline was saying. There is no answer for an ideal weight.

You really should be asking a doctor, nutritionalist, or a health teacher if you are seriously curious. They can give you better information on what is a healthy weight for your age and size. However, if you want to get a less serious opinion, there are a number of height/weight/age charts out there that can estimate what you should be around. Check out this site for an example of two:
http://www.halls.md/chart/women-weight-w.htm
http://www.healthchecksystems.com/heightweightchart.htm (no ages provided though)

Note though that there are more factors than just age and height though. Your race, genetics, metabolism, size of body frame, and other characteristics will affect what is a healthy weight... all information that you didn't provide (and some of it probably information that should not be made public on an internet forum, thus another reason why you should talk to a doctor about this).

I researched an average weight chart, it only goes up to 13. An average and healthy 13 year old girl weighs 103 pounds. Each year, the average girl gains 5-8 lbs.
I hope that this helps!

Anywhere from 110 - 125. But really, the answer is what feels right for the person. People know when they don't feel fit, and fit is way more important than "ideal" at any age, but particularly in teens.

well it really depends on your body type. If you are very skinny or really thin it should be around 100 lbs. If you have an athletic build, up to 120 lbs. since muscle weighs more than fat. If your are about average it should be around 110 lbs. But dont get too hung up on it. If you feel tired all the time or sluggish, then you need to excersice more. Love our body the way it is though!
