I can't really say of all time, but of my life time George W Bush. He is clearly racist and elitist and puts his own financial and political well being before the good of the nation as a whole in a way that is without precedent.

There have been many opinions regarding recent Presidents of the United States...

Richard Nixon...He would double-cross that bridge when he got to it.

Jimmy Carter....Because he displayed weakness, the embassy hostage taking fiasco in Iran was blamed on his administration.

Ronald Reagan...Took away the tax deductions on credit cards and other deductions that put everybody in a higher tax bracket and claimed because he lowered the tax rate, to have given everyone a tax break.

George Bush...Horrible running mate...Dan Quale?...What was George thinking...!

Bill Clinton....Under Mr. Clinton's desk was a lot of lint from a black beret.

George W. Bush...Intends to attack the problem of bird flu with an aerial assault on the Canary Islands.

However, to seriously answer the asker's question...the worst President we ever had who betrayed this nation was Lyndon B. Johnson. President Johnson knew in 1967 (as did Secretary of State Robert McNamara) that the war in Viet Nam was not winnable and yet, insisted on sending troops. Lives were lost...

The truth about the Viet Nam War is being revealed more and more, every day.

Someone should be put on trial for war crimes and crimes/lies against the State...But it won't ever happen.

Thanks for the question. And, I am an ex-G.I.

1. Bush jr.
2 Bush sr.
3. Lincoln

In Bush jr. s defense American's didn't have much of a choice, Gore was worse, and Kerry is a freaking idiot( but he won 3 purple hearts). Bush was the lesser of three idiots.
