No, there's no pain or blood. They're only shoving a metal spike through your flesh. It won't hurt at all.

People will say it doesn't hurt but come on...it will.
If you have really thought about it and you think you'd like one, though, it'll probaly be worth it.
Oh and also, for the first 1-2 days, there will be swelling and tenderness, you may also need to stay away from sour, acidy foods.

It will hurt because you have nerve endings on your lips...when you bite your lips hard it hurts, right?
it shouldn't bleed too much.
Pain depends on the individual.

it bleed at first when you are getting peirce and it hurt like hell and takes a while to heel hard to eat because you may bite the bar which is annoying.

Yea I heard it hurts and can get infected easily. I also heard it can swell up the first few days! Yikes

yes it does hurt but you don't bleed that much
