There is absolutely nothing harmful about masturbation. I have done it thousands of times since I was about 13 years old. As long as you are not masturbating with some type of object that could hurt you. Just use your hand and some type of lubricant like KY jelly. You have nothing to worry about.

u 'll lost some parts of u -sperm- u may addict that and couldn't stop it -like me - even after marriage ,
it 'll weaken ur health , when i do that , i feel my bones r sucked out , u 'll have many bones diseases -like me- ur fingers, back bone, knee, ......etc, all that 'll be so weak , in addition ur eyes 'll be weaker ,
so all that is no thing comparing to the psychological pains ,
u 'll feel so tightness, when u think of ur self , 'll u stay like that for ever? oh no i cannot do more , when i look at that nasty pillow i use to masturbate , i feel a lot of hatred , if it was my wife i 'd have a lot of kids from it ,

wow, calm thunder sounds like he has a lot of problems... loser.
anyways, just masturbate normally, there's the right way to do it and the wrong way.. the wrong way is to do is lying face down and rubbing ur john against the mattress or wherever. This causes problems when you have sex. I don't remember the name of this was.. but yeah, hope this helps.

there is no negative impact of masturbation ...unlessyou are talking about extrme cases where people are overly obsessed with it...in that case it's not different with people who spend too much time playing video games the effect is the same.....
